Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Jokers Theatre and Comedy Club. As a Kitchen Helper, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
  • Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits
  • Operate dishwashers and other kitchen equipment
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars
  • Help with food service, including serving customers and handling cash and credit transactions
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Working Conditions

The kitchen environment can be physically demanding and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
