Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop strategies to attract top candidates.
- Onboarding: Design and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
- Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify, develop, and retain top talent.
- Compensation and Benefits: Analyze and recommend compensation and benefits packages to ensure they are competitive and aligned with business objectives.
- Operations: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Salary Range: $104,000
