Job Summary

We are seeking a Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc. As a Food Service Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the counter, dining area, and kitchen.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction and meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
