About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team at G2i Inc. as a key contributor to our AI model training efforts. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and training large language models, helping to drive innovation in the field of artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer on our team, you will be responsible for evaluating the quality of AI-generated code, solving complex coding problems, and writing robust test cases to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our models. You will also engage in projects that involve a variety of coding challenges and improving chatbot responses.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in software engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. You must also be fluent in English and have excellent attention to detail, as well as the ability to articulate complex scientific concepts clearly and engagingly. Proficiency in Java is also a requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a strong passion for AI and machine learning, as well as a commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in the field. Experience with technical writing and a willingness to teach AI models are also highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation rates based on location and experience, with a minimum of 15 hours per week expected. However, there is no upper limit to the number of hours you can work, and you will be paid weekly per hour of work done on the platform. We also offer flexible scheduling and a remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world.

Interview Process

The interview process will consist of an async RLHF code review, followed by a group call to answer any further questions about onboarding with the company. You will then be required to complete a simulated production-level task on the RLHF platform, which will determine your employment and leveling.
