Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Clinical Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical support to our orthodontic specialists, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for dental examinations and ensure they are comfortable and relaxed throughout the process.
  • Supervise dental assistants in their health care functions, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train other dental laboratory assistants on new procedures and techniques.
  • Order dental and office supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient clinic.
  • Perform administrative functions for the dental laboratory, including record-keeping and data entry.
  • Prepare dental instruments and filling materials for use in procedures.
  • Maintain and order supplies to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Perform reception and clerical duties, including scheduling appointments and confirming patient information.
  • Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide guidance on maintaining good oral health.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely and efficient patient flow.
  • Record dental procedures performed on patients, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Take preliminary impressions for diagnostic casts, ensuring accurate and detailed records.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail, with the ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism in a physically demanding role.
