About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Value Liquor Hub. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including inventory management, stock ordering, and visual merchandising.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail or sales environment
  • Work Setting: Retail business
