Role Overview:
- Develop comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical products and treatment options
- Foster and maintain client relationships through effective CRM utilization
- Implement proven sales methodologies and tactics
- Strategically plan and oversee assigned territory
- Engage professionally with both internal teams and external partners
- Meet and exceed territory performance goals
- Exhibit professionalism in all interactions
- Availability for standard business hours and occasional evenings/weekends as required
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences or business-related field
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector or similar
- Bilingual proficiency in French and fluent English
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Understanding of target demographics is advantageous
- Experience in pharmacy sales is a plus
- Proficient in computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Willingness to travel within designated territory
Reporting Structure:
Reports to the Regional Manager for Quebec.
