About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Lead to join our team at CG Consulting Group. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data solutions to support our business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, with experience in designing and implementing data pipelines, data warehousing, and data governance. You will work closely with our data scientists and analysts to ensure that our data solutions meet the needs of our business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data pipelines to support business operations
  • Develop and maintain data warehouses and data governance frameworks
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure data solutions meet business needs
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in Python programming
  • 3+ years of experience in big data using Hadoop
  • Airflow
  • PySpark
  • AWS (EMR, Athena, Iceberg, E3)
  • Python
  • Hudi or Redshift (Hudi preferred)
  • Capital Market experience
