About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at Clean Crysta Services Inc. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and debris.
  • General Maintenance: Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Appliance Maintenance: Perform minor repairs on appliances and ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Customer Service: Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants and provide excellent customer service.
  • Additional Tasks: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas, and water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a maintenance or facilities role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
