Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth breakfast experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve breakfast items to guests, including hot and cold beverages, eggs, pancakes, and other breakfast favorites.
    • Restock food and beverage supplies as needed to maintain a fully stocked breakfast buffet.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Ensure all kitchen and dining areas are clean and sanitized throughout the day.
    • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment as needed.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Answer questions and provide information about breakfast options and menu items.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively with other team members to ensure a smooth breakfast service.
    • Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience
    • Will train - we provide on-the-job training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
  • Language
    • English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Schedule
    • 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
