Job Title: PMIS Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PMIS Specialist to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a PMIS Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing client environments and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with our clients to develop and implement digital solutions that meet their needs and achieve their desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client environments and identify opportunities for improvement using a structured approach.
  • Develop and implement digital solutions that meet client needs and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their challenges and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and promote opportunities for improvement throughout our teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing support and delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of post-graduate experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong background in digital transformation and consultancy projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and able to work autonomously.
  • Experience in data and digital roles, including digital consultant, digital architect, technology specialist, system developer, or equivalent.
  • Understanding and experience of business analysis methods and models, digital strategy, and data architecture.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience implementing and managing PMIS systems, such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, Kahua, Aconex, Unifier, etc.
  • Experience implementing and managing program controls platforms, such as those that manage cost, risk, schedule, quality, health and safety, etc.
  • Working experience in cloud platforms, such as Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.
  • Experience in programming languages, such as Python, R, SQL.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure-as-a-service, platform-as-a-service, and software-as-a-service.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in computer science, data science, business, economics, mathematics, commerce, engineering, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in management consulting, business management, software development, project management, or information technology.
