- Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings to create a seamless look.
- Mix paint to the desired color and texture, taking into account the specific requirements of each project.
- Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, ensuring a precise fit.
- Advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings, providing expert recommendations.
- Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging to ensure safe access to high areas.
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces, meeting the highest standards of quality.
- Estimate costs and materials for each project, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
As a Painter with Quo Painting Ltd., you will work in a variety of locations, including residential and commercial settings. You will be exposed to outdoor conditions, heights, confined spaces, and odors, so a strong physical presence and attention to detail are essential.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to train and develop skills in painting and related tasks.
- Attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to distinguish between colors.
- Physical demands of the job include bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment are required.
- Client focus, initiative, reliability, and teamwork are essential qualities for this role.
