Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Counter Attendant to join our team at DRB Restaurant Holding Inc. As a Restaurant Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed, ensuring that the restaurant is well-stocked and prepared for customer service.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and move quickly and efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
