Job Title: Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team at Sky City Roofing Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and negotiate contracts, revisions, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Site Management: Direct the purchase of building materials, land acquisitions, and oversee the analysis of data and information.
  • Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise contractors, staff, and other personnel to ensure effective project execution.
  • Communication: Prepare reports, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 5 years or more in a related field.
  • Skills: MS Office, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, and team player.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check, driver's validity license check, and valid driver's license.
  • Transportation: Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, and team player.
