E-Learning Developer

We are seeking a skilled E-Learning Designer to join our team at JC Warner HVAC. As an E-Learning Designer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering distance learning and web-based learning applications for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop engaging and interactive e-learning content
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective learning experiences
- Develop and maintain learning management systems and platforms
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning data to inform design decisions
- 3+ years of experience in e-learning design and development
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems
- Excellent communication and project management skills
