We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at PRINCESS NAILS. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
- Payroll Administration: Process payroll, including calculating salaries, benefits, and taxes.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Skills: Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Competitive Salary: As per collective agreement.
