Production Supervisor

MILLENIUM PRINTING INC. is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Production Activities
- Oversee the production team to ensure timely completion of projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production processes
- Quality Control and Assurance
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
- Training and Development
- Provide on-the-job training to production team members
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Performance Management
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste
- Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Safety and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
- Conduct regular safety audits to identify areas for improvement
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a production or supervisory role
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
