About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Bridgegreen Capital. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the financial portfolio of our shareholders, overseeing cash management, treasury services, financial reporting, and investment planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a Junior Financial Analyst, ensuring the preparation of accurate net worth statements, cash flow forecasts, and liquidity reports.
  • Prepare materials for quarterly meetings, including performance reports, market updates, and investment recommendations.
  • Oversee the company's treasury operations, monitoring and reporting on the activity of numerous entities and ensuring time-sensitive transactions are completed.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor treasury policy and procedures to maximize the security and integrity of operations.
  • Participate in Investment Committee meetings, acting as the secretary, and take minutes at the quarterly Investment Committee meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, economics, or finance.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a finance-related role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a hybrid team environment.
