  • Create policies, procedures, and contingency plans to mitigate the impact of security incidents.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Address and resolve conflict situations effectively.
  • Utilize automated testing equipment to ensure product quality standards are met.
  • Document and execute results from software application tests and telecommunications systems evaluations.
Experience

Prior experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
