Under the guidance of the Rooms Supervisor, the Room Cleaning Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring a pristine and welcoming atmosphere for our hotel patrons while promptly addressing specific room supply needs. Adherence to established policies, procedures, quality standards, and services is essential for the satisfaction of both internal and external guests.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities, executing the following responsibilities in alignment with the company's vision, mission, and values:

  • Uphold the cleanliness of assigned guest rooms;
  • Achieve the standard of cleaning fourteen (14) guest rooms per shift;
  • Notify management of any damages or inefficiencies before a room is made available for occupancy;
  • Respond courteously and helpfully to guest inquiries and requests for supplies;
  • Operate cleaning equipment safely, adhering to all standard operating procedures;
  • Maintain cleanliness of designated boardrooms;
  • Ensure the inventory of guest room supplies is replenished prior to room release;
  • Clean additional common areas within the hotel as requested by management when feasible; and
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous cleaning experience is required, with preference for those with hotel experience;
  • Customer service experience is essential;
  • Capability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights (minimum of 11.5 kg or 25 lbs);
  • Ability to multitask and meet daily cleaning quotas;
  • Effective communication skills are necessary;
  • Proficiency in operating basic cleaning equipment; and
  • A safety-conscious mindset for oneself and others.

Candidates should be prepared to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts. Work hours will be determined based on operational requirements. Are you ready to take the next step in your career?
