Key Responsibilities
  • Record and manage food quantities used in the kitchen
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to a high standard
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas
  • Handle and store cleaning products safely and efficiently
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash on a regular basis
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including floors, appliances, and equipment
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit
