Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Centre Manager to join our team at Refrigerative Supply Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the management of our warehouse to ensure the company's customer service standards are maintained and that all products and sales goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage product distribution activities to achieve company goals and objectives.

• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.

• Analyze existing distribution procedures and recommend improvements to optimize inventory management and order processing.

• Monitor and manage inventories at the distribution center, ensuring accurate and timely inventory levels.

• Identify and assign workload and schedules to team members, ensuring effective resource allocation.

• Oversee daily operations of team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Perform basic administration duties, including maintaining clear and complete accounting records.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in a warehouse or material handling environment, preferably in a wholesale or distribution setting.

• Experience working with RF scanners and ERP systems.

• Strong management and customer service skills, with a proven track record of success.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier loads with assistance, with regular standing and walking.

• Flexibility in work schedule, with occasional Saturday branch open requirements.
