Job Title: Registered Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our team at YES Kids Christian Childcare. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. You will also be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-12 years
  • Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes physical, emotional, and social development
  • Encourage children to express their creativity through art, music, and play
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Member of the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Experience working with children aged 0-12 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
