Cottage Country Home Services - Muskoka/Orillia is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a General Labourer. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for the overall completion of projects, from start to finish, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain a clean and organized work site and project
* Deliver quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owner
* Assist with painting and staining projects, including preparation, application, and finishing
* Perform other tasks as assigned by crew chiefs or business owner

Requirements:

* Preferably some experience with hands-on work (no professional experience necessary), you will be trained on how to take care of lawns and paint/stain projects
* Must have own car or reliable transportation
* Positive attitude
* Reliable and hardworking
* Strong communication skills
* Coachable

Compensation:

* $20-24/hr depending on experience and responsibility
* Opportunities for increased responsibilities and leadership positions
