Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Machinery Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at FS Tool Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installation and maintenance.
  • Construct foundations for machinery and equipment, and perform routine maintenance work to prevent downtime.
  • Repair or replace defective machinery parts and fabricate new parts as needed.
  • Operate machining tools to fabricate parts and program programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
  • Install and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 3-5 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and management.
Work Environment
