Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
    • Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
    • Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach and ensure high standards of service.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on hotel operations, staff performance, and customer feedback.
    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Staff Management
    • Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to promote growth and development.
  • Customer Service
    • Assist clients/guests with special needs to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

    Requirements
    • Education
      • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
    • Experience
      • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
    • Language
      • English language proficiency: fluent in English, both written and spoken.
    • Work Environment
      • Hotel, motel, resort: work in a fast-paced hotel environment with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
    • Work Schedule
      • 40 hours per week: work a standard 40-hour week with occasional overtime as required.
