Your internship journey begins with a multi-day session connecting you with other interns across the region. You'll gain insights into WTW's diverse offerings and learn from industry leaders. Throughout your term, you'll participate in a robust training program focused on fundamental pension consulting principles.

You'll receive personalized support and mentorship from a dedicated Lead Retirement Consultant. This experienced professional will guide you through client assignments, provide valuable insights into the business, and offer advice on your future career growth.

Pursue Your Actuarial Designation

Accepted applicants are eligible for a comprehensive actuarial exam study program, including paid study hours and exam coaching. This support system will help you achieve an accredited actuarial designation.

Contribute to Meaningful Projects

  • Assist in designing, funding, pricing, implementing, and managing retirement programs.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking analysis of benefit plan designs.
  • Develop expertise in the field of retirement plans, encompassing both technical knowledge and practical skills.
  • Collaborate with a diverse range of professionals at all levels within the practice.
  • Engage in asset/liability modeling to support client needs.
  • Perform actuarial pension valuations for a variety of clients, involving data manipulation, analysis, liability determination, asset reconciliation, and funding requirement calculations.
  • Contribute to plan reporting and filing requirements.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as benefit calculations, document review, and benefit statement production.
