We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front End Supervisor to join our team at Jace Holdings Ltd. As a Front End Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring a superior customer service experience by coaching and developing friendly, well-trained staff.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure a clean and presentable work area at all times
- Remain current with weekly and in-store specials
- Run, monitor, and analyze sales data reports
- Monitor and ensure compliance with SOP, OH&S, food safety, and other corporate initiatives
- Monitor execution of company inventory control procedures
- Participate in the final inventory calculations
- Follow store lock-up procedures, when required
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
