Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team at CB Canada. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centered solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process for complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide design solutions.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders through effective presentation and documentation.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of design tools, including Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with design systems and user research methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Axure, Figma, and Zeplin.
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JS skills (React, Angular, NodeJS).
  • Degree or diploma in graphic design, usability, human-computer interaction, or technical writing.
