Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages, take orders, and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Table Management: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Payment and Settlement: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards, travellers cheques, or room billings.
  • Menu Guidance: Advise customers on menu selections and make recommendations based on their preferences.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Professional at Fortune House Restaurant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
