This role will consult and support the strategic implementation and processes covering all aspects of IAM, ensuring all procedure documents align with IAM Process.
Key Responsibilities- Define and maintain enterprise-wide IAM Process Models and supporting materials pertaining to all five IAM capabilities:
- Access Attestation and Remediation (A&R)
- Access Request and Provisioning (AR&P)
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Authorization
- Authentication
- Define and maintain Client IAM Process Models and supporting material pertaining to CIAM capabilities.
- Define and maintain Physical IAM Process Models and supporting material pertaining to PIAM capabilities.
- Provide subject matter expertise to project teams and LoB in translating the minimum set of requirements into business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, and technical specifications.
- Maintain roles and responsibilities documentation for all IAM stakeholders, maintained through the IAM RACI and Target Operating Model (TOM) documentation.
- 4-5 years IAM process modeling and implementation experience.
- 4-5 years' experience in an IT risk and controls role.
- Experience in delivery or support roles.
- Strategic mindset, with excellent knowledge and understanding of the financial industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
