About the Role

Pursuit Collection is seeking a highly skilled Art Director to join our Marketing Department. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative visual communications strategies that align with our brand's creative vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a high standard of creative output, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with project managers, graphic designers, and copywriters to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Work closely with internal marketing, sales, and support services teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Present creative concepts and approaches to the team for discussion and approval.
  • Maintain a continuous collaboration with the Senior Manager of Creative to ensure brand alignment and aesthetic consistency.

Requirements

  • Four (4) or more years of professional experience in graphic design, with two (2) or more years in an art director in a manager-level role.
  • Mastery level understanding and capabilities within industry-leading design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and capabilities in typography, layout, and information hierarchy.
  • Experience leading a skilled team of creatives with a strong creative point-of-view aligned to business objectives.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
