Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the formation of key departments and appoint senior management personnel.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls; oversee promotional campaigns and human resources planning.
  • Set organizational goals and develop or endorse policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or appoint delegates as necessary.
  • Select and empower middle management and executive staff, ensuring optimal working conditions.
  • Monitor the business environment to maintain favorable operational conditions.
  • Conduct internal audits and enforce compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans.
  • Review ongoing projects and programs, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed reports and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Supervision

Responsible for overseeing a team of 11-15 professionals.

Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Work Environment
