We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Fraser Health Authority. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration among colleagues.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
- Current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Completion of the applicable post-graduate specialty nursing course/program.
- Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
