About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bottle Sorting Operator to join our team at Rupert Bottle Depot. As a Bottle Sorting Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient sorting and packaging of bottles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation: Safely transport items throughout the plant using powered equipment and manually move raw materials, finished products, and equipment as needed.
  • Quality Control: Check and weigh materials and products to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Sorting and Packaging: Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products with precision and attention to detail.
  • Assistance: Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers as needed to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Cleaning: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with repetitive tasks and varying temperatures.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and perform other laboring and elemental activities as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment opportunity.
