About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Oil Change Technician to join our team at DSONS TRANSPORT LTD. as a key member of our maintenance crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fluid Maintenance: Add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
  • Assistance and Support: Assist mechanics and perform other duties as directed to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oil Change and Lubrication: Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks, or heavy equipment.
  • On-Site Services: Provide on-site services to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Tire Repair and Maintenance: Repair and balance tires to ensure safe and efficient vehicle operation.
  • Filter Replacement: Replace oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees.
  • Settlement Support: Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and refugees, including housing, transportation, storage, childcare, and winter clothing.
  • Recruitment and Inclusion: Recruit newcomers and refugees who were displaced by conflict or natural disaster and support their integration into our team.
  • Credential Recognition: Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition to ensure they can contribute their skills to our organization.
  • Cross-Cultural Training: Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
  • Work Environment: Work in a dynamic and inclusive environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Work Schedule: Work 30 to 40 hours per week in a regular schedule.
