The Recreation Programs Coordinator at BGC Thunder Bay is responsible for overseeing a variety of recreational activities and ensuring the smooth operation of programs.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Work Environment

This position is based in an urban area within a recreational facility or institution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of professional staff, program leaders, instructors, and volunteers.
  • Handle administrative duties related to program management.
  • Coordinate and organize special events to enhance community engagement.

Responsible for overseeing a team of more than 20 individuals.
