About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer in Test to join our technology team at Navro. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and automating software test plans and test cases. Your expertise will be instrumental in championing continuous improvement through experimentation, retrospection, and innovation, ensuring that our testing processes remain at the forefront of industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior SDET, you will:

  1. Lead the development of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automated testing solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Java and JavaScript.
  4. Conduct performance and load testing using industry-standard tools.
  5. Mentor and guide team members in testing methodologies and best practices.
  6. Drive a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
Requirements
