Project Architect Opportunity at Batay-Csorba Architects Inc.

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Project Architect to join our team at Batay-Csorba Architects Inc. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for leading the technical quality control process and working closely with our partners and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the technical quality control leader in the office, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • Manage multiple projects of various scales, from concept to build, and drive them forward with minimal supervision.
  • Assemble construction drawing sets, prepare client presentation materials, and resolve complex design issues and technical details in 2D and 3D.
  • Develop and maintain a work plan for the team, monitoring project development against the schedule.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of full-time relevant professional work experience.
  • Advanced experience with Revit (mandatory).
  • Working knowledge of building codes, zoning by-laws, standards, and leading construction methods.
  • Ability to complete a full set of construction documents, understanding of building construction, building systems, construction detailing, and creating product specifications.
