Production Associate

At Spinrite, we're looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our production team as Production Associates. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our yarn products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain quality control checks on yarn products to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Safely and efficiently operate various machines to produce high-quality yarn products
  • Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of machines to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
  • Inspect and ensure all product is defect-free before packaging and shipping
  • Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available to meet production demands
  • Maintain a safe and clean workspace to prevent accidents and ensure a healthy work environment
  • Complete necessary forms and documentation to track production and quality control metrics
  • Ensure all packages and boxes are sealed correctly and identified for shipping

  • Experience with production and manufacturing processes or a willingness to learn
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with colleagues
  • A passion for quality products and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Reliability and dependability to meet production deadlines and quality standards
  • A safety-minded approach to work to prevent accidents and ensure a healthy work environment
