Shape the Client Journey at Banque Laurentienne

As a Client Experience Specialist, you'll play a vital role in cultivating a client-centric culture within our organization. You will leverage your analytical skills and collaborative spirit to enhance the overall client experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as a dedicated advocate for the client experience.
  • Dive deep into data from our Voice of the Customer program, uncovering valuable insights.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of questionnaires and surveys.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to implement strategies that elevate the client experience.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and maintain our Qualtrics platform.

Your Qualifications:

  • Possess a Master's degree in Marketing Research, coupled with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Be fluent in both English and French.
  • Have proficiency with the Qualtrics platform; this is a significant asset.
  • Demonstrate expertise in data analysis and questionnaire design.
  • Exhibit a proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
