Role Overview: As an Operations Strategy Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the configuration and utilization of operational systems and processes while ensuring the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend functional requirements and develop suitable testing strategies, plans, and frameworks.
- Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various testing types, including functional, GUI, integration, regression, and system testing.
- Identify, document, and monitor software defects discovered during testing.
- Provide insights and recommendations regarding software usability and functionality.
- Ensure all testing and procedures adhere to established standards and acceptance criteria.
- Validate that user expectations are met throughout the testing process.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Prepare comprehensive reports related to software testing activities.
- Guarantee the robustness and reliability of systems through extensive release testing.
Business Analysis:
- Oversee and ensure the optimal configuration and utilization of operational systems and processes.
- Lead and engage in projects, addressing challenges, and serve as a strategic partner for internal departments to uphold high-quality standards and continuous improvement of operational systems and processes.
- Work collaboratively with teams in Operations, Product Owners, Project Managers, Stakeholders, and Development Teams to define and document requirements, scope, system functions, processes, challenges, and opportunities for successful implementation of complex projects.
- Assist business stakeholders with User Acceptance Testing.
- Support the development and maintenance of project artifacts and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide post-implementation support to assess and ensure that project benefits are realized.
- Report on critical project and operational KPIs.
- Facilitate business requirement walkthrough meetings and collaborate with the business on functional specification reviews.
- Independently manage projects of moderate complexity from initiation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in business and quality analysis.
- Familiarity with business process management, workflows, and data flows.
- Advanced technical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook, as well as project management tools such as ADO and JIRA.
- A solid understanding of software development and database management.
- Experience and certifications in various project management methodologies, including waterfall, agile, scrum, and SAFe.
Compensation: Pay may be adjusted based on geographical differentiation and other lawful reasons. This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies.
