Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be strategically positioned within the Saskatchewan area, with some travel required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring excellence in all facets of service. You understand what it takes to create memorable experiences for our guests consistently across your region.

  • Be analytical and focused on optimization. Collaborate closely with your team to meet operational goals and communicate effectively to ensure tasks are completed.

  • Achieve financial targets by analyzing profit and loss statements, forecasting, planning, and taking responsibility to ensure your locations meet their budgetary objectives, taking corrective actions as necessary.
  • Exhibit discipline in setting expectations and timelines. Assess information and troubleshoot to achieve team objectives.
  • Share your expertise and experience to support others, acting as a professional coach and mentor with excellent communication skills.
  • Be self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible. You are a natural problem solver who leads by example and is proactive in organizational change.
  • Represent Chatters LP with professionalism at all times, capable of communicating at all levels and embodying our positive brand image.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Three to five years of experience in multi-site leadership or management, preferably within the beauty or retail sectors.
  • A professional and innovative leader who can guide change management and deliver measurable results.
  • Willingness to travel and availability for flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking with effective time management.
  • Expertise in store operations, with the ability to execute action plans that drive success.
  • Proficient in team management, with the ability to attract, coach, develop, and maintain a high-performing team that aligns with our brand values.
  • Comfortable with technology and adept at learning new applications and systems.
