About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team at Battlefit Gym. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for leading and instructing groups in various athletic, fitness, and sports activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Plan and carry out recreational, fitness, and sports activities that cater to diverse client needs.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs and ensure their safety during activities.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair sports equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on client progress and activity outcomes.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and provide emergency assistance when required.
  • Supply Management: Assemble and manage supplies, sports, and game equipment.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with the coordination of recreational, sport, and fitness events.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
