Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a spotless and organized work area throughout the day.
- Promptly collecting dirty dishes from dining areas and preparing them for washing.
- Ensuring a constant supply of clean dishes and kitchenware to support our culinary team.
- Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen appliances and equipment according to established protocols.
- Assisting with the receiving and storage of deliveries, maintaining order and cleanliness in designated areas.
- Adhering strictly to food safety guidelines and best practices to protect the health of our guests.
- Regularly removing trash and rinsing garbage containers to prevent odors and maintain a hygienic environment.
We are looking for an individual with:
- Prior experience as a dishwasher or in a similar sanitation role within a food service establishment.
- A comprehensive understanding of different types of dishes and their proper cleaning techniques.
