Job Summary:

Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services is seeking a reliable and experienced Snow Removal Crew Lead to join our team in Mississauga, Oakville, and Burlington. As a key member of our winter operations team, you will be responsible for leading a crew of snow removal specialists in clearing and de-icing commercial, institutional, and industrial properties.

This is a part-time, on-call position that requires flexibility and availability to work varied shifts, including overnight hours, weekends, and holidays. You must be able to respond to weather events at any time of day or night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of snow removal specialists in clearing and de-icing properties
• Operate snow blowers and other hand tools to clear snow from paved surfaces
• Carry out equipment maintenance, including inspections, fueling, and ensuring safe operation
• Lift and spread de-icing products (up to 50+ pounds)
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

• Full Ontario G license required for Lead Positions (driver's abstract required)
• 1 year experience as a crew lead in snow removal
• Cell phone with data required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Working Conditions:

This position requires working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment with varying weather conditions. You must be able to work safely and efficiently in these conditions.

Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services offers a competitive hourly rate of $23-$25 per hour, direct deposit, and a bonus at the end of the season. To be eligible for the bonus, you must work all shifts you are called in for and stay for the duration of your shift.
