About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Production
    • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods to meet customer demand.
    • Operate bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proofers, to ensure efficient production.
  • Quality Control
    • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards.
    • Identify and address any quality issues promptly to minimize waste and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have sufficient stock of ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
    • Monitor and report any inventory discrepancies or issues to management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related environment.
  • Skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
