Job Summary

We are hiring a Store Associate for our store. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service, following up on hot selling items, maintaining planograms, and performing cycle counts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Monitor and maintain store displays and visual merchandising standards
  • Process transactions and handle customer payments
  • Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to lift up to 18 kg (40 lbs) and stand for long periods
