Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Beloeil. As an Occupational Therapist with Physiothérapie Universelle, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, and help them overcome physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to clients, using a variety of techniques and modalities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy, and incorporate this knowledge into your practice
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current registration with the Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec
- Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a rehabilitation setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
