We are on the lookout for a Lead Product Strategist to become an integral part of our team, playing a crucial role in defining our Core GeoComply product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the SVP of Geolocation.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical foundation, paired with business insight, enabling them to effectively bridge the divide between technical development and customer requirements. A comprehensive understanding of the iGaming landscape is essential for this position.


Feature Development & Specifications:

Drive the ideation, assessment, and prioritization of new features, balancing customer requirements, business value, and technical viability. Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and other success metrics to evaluate product performance. Leverage data-driven insights to foster continuous improvement and guide strategic choices.



Fraud Detection and Prevention:

Work alongside data scientists and security teams to scrutinize geolocation data, detect fraud patterns, and implement effective preventative strategies. Ensure the product integrates advanced security and fraud detection capabilities.

Act as a primary advocate for enterprise clients, ensuring their feedback and needs are central to product development. Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support. Utilize data to inform strategic decisions and assess product success. Monitor product performance post-launch and drive ongoing enhancements based on feedback and performance metrics.



UI/UX Design and Evaluation:

Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to guarantee that the product is intuitive, user-friendly, and adheres to high design standards. Ensure a cohesive and engaging user experience across all product interactions, aligning with the overall product vision. Collaborate with security, legal, and engineering teams to embed robust data protection and user privacy measures into product design.



Financial and Performance Management:

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge product success. Oversee product budgets and ensure financial objectives are achieved. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and training resources.


Personas:

Develop, maintain, and utilize detailed user personas to inform product development and marketing strategies. Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience in delivering successful products in a product management capacity, with a proven track record.

~3+ years of experience in the iGaming sector.

~ Technical Expertise:
Possess deep technical knowledge and product instincts, with a background in engineering and the ability to make informed product/tech trade-offs.

~ Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional user experiences, employing design thinking and a customer-centric approach to product development.

~ Data-Driven:
Strong analytical skills with the capacity to utilize data to drive decision-making.

~ Stakeholder Management:
Excellent skills in managing stakeholders and integration partners.
